Backstage at Muscle Beach

This is an exclusive backstage look at the athletes as they prepare to compete at the world-famous Muscle Beach bodybuilding, physique and swimsuit contests. The contests attract competitors of all ages from all over the world who have spent years sculpting their bodies for this moment in the sun. The contestants are gracious, courteous and lots of fun to be with and photograph. The enormously muscular men and women bodybuilders are gentle giants. These photos bring the viewer into the backstage arena where some serious and not so serious preparation is taking place.
